We aim to reply within two business days (Mon–Fri, US Pacific Time). Apple App Store and Google Play subscription disputes are handled by Apple / Google directly — see the FAQ below for the right links.
Frequently asked questions
How do I subscribe to PepTalk Peptides+ or PepTalk Peptides Pro?
Open the PepTalk Peptides app, tap Profile → Subscription, choose a tier, and confirm the purchase with Face ID / Touch ID. Apple and Google handle billing — you can cancel anytime from your device's subscription settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple (or Google on Android), not by PepTalk Peptides. To cancel on iOS: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → PepTalk Peptides, then tap Cancel Subscription. On Android: open the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PepTalk Peptides. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How do refunds work?
Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled directly by Apple and Google. PepTalk Peptides cannot issue refunds for in-app purchases. On iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the Google Play refund request flow.
How do I log a peptide protocol?
Tap the Stack Builder tab to create a new stack, then add peptides from the research library. From My Stacks you can mark doses taken, see upcoming reminders on the Calendar tab, and review trends from Performance. PepTalk Peptides does not sell peptides or prescribe protocols — it tracks what you and your provider decide.
My Apple Health data isn't syncing — what now?
On iOS, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → PepTalk Peptides and confirm every category you want PepTalk Peptides to read is enabled. On Android, open Health Connectand grant the same permissions. If data still doesn't appear, force-quit and reopen PepTalk Peptides — the sync runs on app foreground.
I forgot my password.
Tap Forgot passwordon the sign-in screen. You'll get a reset email within a minute or two. If it doesn't arrive, check spam, then email us at support@peptalk.bio.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. From the web (if you no longer have the app installed): see our Account Deletion page. Deletion is irreversible.
Aimee gave me an answer that sounded medical. Should I trust it?
Aimee is an educational AI assistant. She is not a doctor, not a substitute for one, and is instructed to redirect medical questions to licensed providers. If a response feels prescriptive, please raise it with your healthcare provider and email us — we use those reports to keep Aimee inside her guardrails.
Is my health data sold or shared with advertisers?
No. PepTalk Peptides does not sell user data, does not share data with advertisers, and does not run ads in the app. See our Privacy Policy and Health Data Disclosure for the full picture.
