Two ways to delete your account

You can permanently delete your PepTalk Peptides account either from inside the app or by emailing us a request. Either path removes the same data — the in-app path is just faster.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open PepTalk Peptides and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Tap the Profile tab (bottom navigation).
3. Tap Settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the prompt. Your account and all associated records are deleted from our servers within minutes.

You'll be signed out as soon as the deletion completes. The app itself stays on your phone — feel free to uninstall it after.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email (if the app is uninstalled)

If you no longer have PepTalk Peptides installed, email support@peptalk.bio with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include:

• The email address on your PepTalk Peptides account
• A statement confirming you're the account holder and want it deleted

We verify ownership by replying to that email address and confirming the request. Once confirmed, deletion completes within 7 days; we email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (email, name, photo)
• Every health entry you logged — meals, workouts, peptide doses, check-ins, journal entries, body measurements, cycle data, photos you attached
• Apple Health / Health Connect data we cached on our servers
• Aimee conversation history, recipe outputs, generated workout plans, and health reports
• Notification tokens and device identifiers tied to the account

What we retain after deletion (and why)

A small number of records survive deletion for legal and operational reasons:

• Transaction records: if you purchased a paid subscription, the receipt/transaction id is retained as long as US tax and consumer-protection law requires (typically up to 7 years). No health data is kept with these records.
• Anonymized crash logs: error reports that cannot be linked back to your account remain in Sentry for engineering stability work.
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics:counts of anonymous events used to understand app health (e.g. crash-free sessions, feature usage rates) cannot be reversed back to a specific user.

Subscriptions and deletion

Deleting your PepTalk Peptides account does NOT cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, not by us. Cancel separately:

• iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → PepTalk Peptides → Cancel Subscription
• Android:Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PepTalk Peptides → Cancel subscription
